Various factors such as PPE and workwear fit, jobsite accommodations, restroom access, heat, fatigue, workplace culture, and support can significantly impact women before, during, and after pregnancy. Often, these conversations just don’t come up.
Build-her.org is collaborating with Rugged Peach Workwear to gather anonymous feedback from women in construction and the trades to gain insights into the support needed.
This survey aims to listen and learn, fostering a move towards practical and respectful solutions within the industry. We invite women in the field to share their experiences, challenges, and insights.
